Seedlip Blossom

Seedlip Refreshing Blossom Citrus & Lemongrass

Ingredients

  • 35 ml fresh orange juice
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tspn apple cider vinegar
  • 1 stalk lemon grass finely chopped
  • 15 ml sugar syrup or maple syrup
  • dash orange blossom water
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 ml Seedlip Grove
  • 1 scoop ice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker or other lided vessel. Shake vigorously to emulsify the eggwhite and incorporate into the other ingredients
  • Pour into a tall glass
  • Add garnish of choice - eg orange peel
