Seedlip Garden Sour

Notes from the garden - mixed with citrus and sweet

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Seedlip Garden
  • 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 35 ml Cloudy apple juice
  • 5 ml Applie cider vinegar
  • 5 ml Sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 1 scoop Ice

Instructions

  • Shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white and incorporate the other ingredients. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
